    Amazing, just amazing! This is my first time using Steve’s GF bread flour blend and I’m exceptionally impressed. These buns are absolutely delicious and have an airy, soft texture. I brushed them with egg wash and sprinkled on some sesame seeds before baking. Can’t wait for cheeseburgers for supper!

    Love this recipe! The buns are delicious. But I followed the recipe and the buns, while completely baked, did not get the warm brown color the picture shows. What can I do to achieve that?

    I can’t express how much I love these rolls. I had begun to think I’d never have a sandwich again. I froze most of them after cooling completely and they are still wonderful after thawing. No crumbling mess. Better texture than store bought hamburger buns. Only complaint is I can’t find this flour anywhere locally and I have to order from Amazon, which I hate. Shipping charges here are not acceptable.
