    Whenever I went to Starbucks, I always had to have a slice of their lemon pound cake. I’ve been in withdrawal ever since my Celiac diagnosis. BUT . . . I made this recipe the other day and my craving has at last been satisfied. This tastes just like the Starbucks cake and is easy to make. I will be making it again . . . and again . . . ad infinitum. 😀

    This is a lovely lemon cake. I used a 9” square pan instead of a loaf pan. Baked it for 40–45 minutes, and then glazed it with a quick lemon juice and powder sugar light glaze. Very fluffy, tender and tasty cake.
