    Wonderful recipe for a fall treat. I used the featherlite blend instead of the classic and it came out great.

    Made this bread last week. Reduced the sugar a bit and kicked up the spices. It was lovely! It cut well and was not crumbly at all. It was very moist when cooked, so I did take it out of the pan and put it back into the oven on the rack to toast the outside a bit. Will absolutely make it again – maybe right now!
