    I just tried this recipe last night – and made these rolls with my four year old grandson. They are easy and just plain wondèrful! This is my first effort with this flour and I am SO impressed. 🙂 all of my family loved them and my son and I both have to eat gluten free, were in heaven, real yeasty dinner rolls!

    So easy and my delicious I put butter on before and after baking They don’t rise by triple, as recipe says, but still very yummy Advise cooking on middle rack as bottoms get a little dark

    Afterthought: These are my fav recipe so far for the bread flour. I would add though, that I always get overcooked bottoms and they finish about 7-10mins earlier than stated. I have checked my temp with a thermometer in my over.
